50 Ways of Saying Fabulous was also published in the United Kingdom (1996) and USA (2006), and has been translated into German, French and Italian.
It was adapted into a feature film in New Zealand by writer/director Stewart Main and was selected for the 2005 Toronto International Film Festival, where it had its international premiere.

Graeme Aitken has worked as the buyer/manager of an independent Sydney bookshop for more than 20 years. He has also been the book reviewer for DNA Magazine (Australia's monthly gay lifestyle magazine) for more than ten years.
